As individuals, we are more likely to do something if we see other people doing it around us. Whether drinking coffee in the morning, or looking up to the top of a tall building, if others around you are doing it, you are more likely to do it. So, if you showcase to potential customers on your webpage that other customers find value in and are using your product, you can build credibility in your product.
